Many people are always looking for “their passion” in life. People “settle” for a job and feel they need a better position to achieve fulfillment and purpose.
Lacking passion in work is genuinely possible, but sometimes you might not enjoy your job because of your approach or external factors that are going on in your life. There is something great to find in every job, no matter how big or small it may be.
Having a positive attitude in your everyday life makes the most significant difference, and taking the time to see the highlights of your workday can help you identify what you love in your job.
You may enjoy your boss, team, work-life balance, pay, etc. Whatever you already enjoy about your job, focus on that.
